What a beautifull forest. Nice colors, i mean the green with the red - looks great.

Do I see distant Shishkin's influences? ;)
But your forest is waaayyy more scary!

A. Riabovitchev said...

No Miras,
My influences was Vasnetsov and Bilibin. But you right i try to continue tradition of the Russian artists.:o)

Very mysterious and enigmatic

Miras said...

Bilibin is new to me (got to go to your other blog ;) and check), but Vasnetsov, yes! With pleasure! :)
And, yes, you do continue this great tradition successfully. Got my word for this.
Keep warm!

Miras said...

OK. I knew Bilibin, only not knew it was him ;)
Enough of this. I'm off to bed.

What are the chances? I just posted a picture of Baba-Yaga's house. You can see a letter posted to her in the mailbox.
